Alyse Hart is an exit strategist, general instigator, storyteller, writer, and agent for change. She left the daily grind in 2000 after 20 years. Now she inspires professional women to rethink their relationship with their jobs and teaches them how to make work work while they figure out what's next and repurpose what they've got to get it.

Alyse knows her subject well. She worked in trade publishing company as the youngest female Vice President of Advertising at Faulkner & Gray and later Thomson International Publishing. After weathering buy-outs and start-ups, she managed the Western District for Miller Freeman PSN from her home office. That's where she created her own exit plan and developed the concept of "Corporate Recovery."

Her proudest accomplishment is her long-term happy marriage. Her favorite addictions are now coffee, drumming, dancing and anything to do with Pugs.
